Thanks to its extensive experience in R&D and consulting in the bakery & milling industry, Promix today produces more than 500 items which include improvers and natural improvers, natural yeasts, complete and concentrated mixes, customized and organic mixes.

Our mixes are created to provide technological, and organoleptic advantages and grant cost-effectiveness, as we support our customers by providing them with professional technical assistance, and by offering our consolidated experience in the different bakery markets.

  • artificial food colors and flavours

  • excellent workability and machinability of the doughs
